Internal Recruitment Content
With a company goal set by Darwin's CEO to grow, and two new internal recruiters hired, my challenge has been how to get individuals to want to work with us rather than competitors in such a candidate driven market.
Fun Company Culture
What's one of the most important parts of enjoying your office environment? Company culture of course.
While looking to hire juniors the main focus was to highlight how fun working can be, work hard play hard right?
I decided to get my game face on and get stuck in front of the camera to boost our content. From family feuds mini series' and challenges between consultants to even having our own bake-off, it was a chance to get to know the company and the people you would be working for!
An Insight into Darwin
Although there has recently been a strong focus on bringing in juniors, only a few months back it was all about the need for senior staff, which usually leads to a group of people where priorities from a job are slightly different.
I needed to show how Darwin accommodates all ages and groups, and are not the stereotypical recruitment agency.
If I had to sum up this video it would probably be something along the lines of 'Ohana means family, family means Darwin'... Get the reference? No? Let's keep scrolling...
Hot Jobs
Keep it short & sweet🧁
The aim: Get the role out there.
Their plan: Showcase it on LinkedIn.
My plan: Get the managers involved! If it was me (well it kind of is now) I'd like to know who I am working with, and get to know the team before even being on it! So not only did I ensure the managers introduced their own roles but snuck some bloopers in there to show the real ''un-practised & off camera'' versions of themselves.
